Refund Policy for Damaged Products

At VeganVeda, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The product is defective or expired.
  • The product received is different from what was ordered.
  • damaged and defective products replacement/exchange will be delivered within 5-7 business days

Refund Process

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at veganveda.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged product along with packaging.
  3. Once verified, we will credit  amount into original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless they are damaged or defective).
  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products without supporting images of damage.
